Return Policy

At Puvlio, we strive for your complete satisfaction as a customer. We have developed our return policy to ensure that you can shop with confidence, knowing that if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help.

1. GENERAL

Our return policy includes a generous 30-day return period. This means that from the moment you receive your item, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. In addition, you must be able to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@puvlio.com. Please note that returned items must be sent to the warehouse from which the products originated, which in most cases is located in China. Therefore, please contact us first so that we can provide you with the correct return address.

Once your return request has been accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to the specified address. We cannot accept items that are sent back to us without a prior return request.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

It is important that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have accidentally received the wrong item, please contact us right away. This allows us to assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

3. EXCHANGES

If you would like to receive the desired item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the item you currently have. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item you wish to receive. This is often the fastest way to ensure that you get exactly what you want.

4. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the policy above, if your goods are shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also be able to provide proof of purchase.

5. REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you promptly whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method and processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
